As more and more cannabis growers move into Napa Valley, some of its wine growers are sounding the alarm that this new crop will damage the flavor and reputation of their prized wines. But the concern is not universal; while some winemakers consider marijuana a threat to the image and quality of their grapes, others see it as the only real way to diversify the county’s grape-dominant agricultural economy as millennials shy away from wine drinking.
