The cannabis gold rush is now coming to the hotel industry. Multiple cannabis hotel projects are underway throughout the U.S. – including a wellness-focused Coachill Inn Resort in Desert Hot Springs slated to bow in December 2020 and The Grape House luxe smoking lounge-dispensary-boutique hotel in Palm Springs set to open in 2021.
