Norman was born in Jamaica but has lived in the United States for several decades. Despite living abroad, he maintains business and professional relationships on the island and tries to keep up with important political and social developments. GanjaVacactions is a product of recent changes in Jamaican law as well as with his on-the-ground experience with a local resort client.Norman is a seasoned business executive whose varied and extensive background includes decades of senior management experience in large corporate environments as well as with small entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to getting the getting the entrepreneurial bug, he spent close to 25 years in banking at Chase Manhattan Bank, Citicorp and First Chicago in areas such as real estate and corporate finance. He holds B.A. and MBA degrees from Columbia University.

Pradeep Singh is an experienced software engineer with more than 12 years’ industry experience. He holds a post graduate degree in computer science from one of India’s leading university and has been running his own web solutions and IT company for some years. He consults with GanjaVcations in areas such as technical architecture, data science, database design, network management, and application development.
Frederick W. Schwartz
Advisor
Fred spent more than 40 years in engineering and consulting before retiring and creating an angel investment fund and establishing a business consulting firm. Through his angel investment fund, he owns a portfolio of startup companies focused on technology and emerging markets. His Rush Street Consulting firm specializes in business and operations management, as well as financial and fund-raising advice.
Andrew Lawrence

Andrew is an award-winning former Sports Illustrated writer who spent 13 years at the magazine covering major championship events and profiling outsized personalities in football, tennis and motorsports. His work has also appeared in The Dallas Morning News, the Associated Press, The Guardian, Fortune, Southern Living, Austin Monthly, Complex, Cookie, BET.com, ESPN.com and The Classical. He’s contributed to three books: The Essentials of Sports Reporting and Writing, The Day the World Stopped to Run and Wooden: Basketball and Beyond.
