Jamaica has liberalized its cannabis laws in recent years with the hope of creating a robust local industry. The export of medical grade cannabis is a major plank of the government’s grand ganja plan but, in this regard, the U.S. banking laws are a big, insurmountable obstacle. So now, they want to talk to Donald Trump.
