Villa Anita is a colorful, 2 level, 5-bedroom vacation property in the fishing village of Orange Bay on the northwest coast of Jamaica about 60 minutes Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay close to the town of Lucea nd 25 minutes from Negril. It is a spacious and imposing villa across the street from the beach and perfect for vacationers with a desire to avoid the busy resort towns. Among other things, guests enjoy an ever-present sea breeze and stunning views. And, except for a few locals, visitors usually have two nearby beaches to themselves.

The villa’s five bedrooms on two floors offer a cozy living and dining area with an open kitchen that invites guests to cook, eat, play or just relax together. Delicious fruits and colorful plants can be found in the garden. The upper floor includes the master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a private balcony, large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, bath and shower. There are also two other bedrooms with queen-size beds, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with toilet, hand basin and bath/shower. The lower floor has another bedroom with a closet and a private bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, WiFi throughout the villa with a Bluetooth speaker system and a nice rest and smoking area at the back.

Ganja easily purchased in the area

Villa Anita is a ganja friendly property and owned by people who are themselves consumers. However, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa. There are balconies, patios, and a variety of other open spaces where guests are welcome to consume. Ganja is easily purchased at herb houses in nearby Negril and ganja farms are plentiful in the area for guests looking for a tour.
