The resort sits on 5 1/2 acres of landscaped beachfront property and has been owned and operated by the same family for more than 25 years. A ganja friendly property
Sunset Resort & Villas has a very open attitude towards ganja. Weed is ubiquitous in this region of Jamaica; it’s everywhere. Guests are allowed to smoke on the property and there are lots of local farmers from whom ganja can be purchased. The resort will be happy to arrange a ganja farm tour for guests looking to learn about Jamaican strains as well as the methods and practices of the local farmers. And, if you feel fit enough for an invigorating climb up a steep hill to the Caijan Art Gallery, you will enjoy spectacular views, peruse thousands of historical and contemporary artifacts and sit down for a chat with John, the “Caijan Rastaman” about Jamaican and Rasta history and culture.
Dining at Sunset Resort
With daily farm to table dishes, the food is among the best in Treasure Beach. The on-site restaurant is staffed with international and local chefs who offer traditional Jamaican dishes and fresh seafood caught daily off the South Coast by the owner himself to USDA prime steaks. You can order from the resort’s great menu or allow the chef to dazzle you with a special dish.

Choosing Ganja Vacations is one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the beginning, all of our questions were answered. We never had anything to worry about, it was the safest trip I have ever taken. The pickup at the airport took us to a dispensary to grab our first taste of Jamaican weed. Cab driver took us for jerk chicken that was delicious. The accommodations at Sunset Beach were absolutely beautiful, and they had a half oz of dank waiting on us at the resort. Ganja Vacations hooked us up at the perfect place on the beach. Had a ganja farm tour scheduled for us, and our breakfasts were included in our package.
If you are thinking of taking a Ganja Vacation, do it. Give Norman a call, he had all the answers. It changed not only the way we vacation now, but it changed our lives. The mood, the weed, the food, the people, the ocean, and most importantly the change in myself. I cannot say enough good things about Ganja Vacations. As I write this review, we are online checking options for our next vacation.
