It is a mountain paradise for backpackers, photographers, birdwatchers, and other nature lovers within an old colonial military hill station settlement built by the British Army that is now part of the Blue Mountain and John Crow Mountain National Parks.

Prince Valley offers accommodations in 5 unique units, one of which is a tree house. There is a spacious, main family unit that sleeps up to six people, a second, with a covered veranda, sleeps as many as four; a third sleeps just two people; the fourth is built around a mango tree; and, the fifth can also sleep four.
