Positive Vibrations is comprised of 4 quaint cottages in the small, off-the-beaten-path community of Divers Village in Negril’s West End – a mere 10-minutes’ walk from Rick’s Café. It is about 90 minutes from the Sangster International airport in Montego Bay and only about 5 minutes from downtown Negril. The property is popular with reggae artists and hosts dub sessions from time to time.

American and Jamaican owned

The property, owned by Laura and Elvis, an American/Jamaica couple is always humming with people, music and activity and is usually at the hub of whatever is happening in this area of Negril – with a recording studio next door and close to popular hangouts like Rick’s Cafe and LTU Pubs. Elvis is a well-known, Negril area ganja activist.

Ganja is liberally smoked, by both visitors and locals, in this area. And, Positive Vibrations has no objections to guests smoking on the property – except in the rooms.
