Cancellations are an inevitable part of the travel business and we know and expect that unforeseen circumstances will, from to time, require guests to change and/or cancel bookings, regardless of how well a trip is planned. When this happens, it is important that the guest, the property and GanjaVacations share a common understanding of what to expect.

Reservations booked through GanjaVacations will be entitled to a full refund if cancelled at least seven (7) days before check-in. Reservations cancelled six (6) days or less from check-in will be charged a penalty equivalent to two (2) nights’ stay, however, this penalty will be reduced to one night’s stay if the booking was made within seven (7) days of the check-in date. Refunds may not include any service, credit card processing or other 3rd party fees paid at the time of the booking unless also refunded by the 3rd party processor.


There will be NO REFUNDS for reservations
cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in!


All penalties will be waived if the reservation is rebooked at a similar or greater value. There will be no refunds for guests who do not show up on the scheduled check-in date without any prior notice or request to change or cancel the reservation. Cancellations due to last minute emergencies and other extenuating circumstance will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the absolute discretion of the property involved.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this policy will sometimes conflict with the more restrictive cancellation policies of certain of our listed properties. In these cases, the property’s cancellations policy will ALWAYS apply.
