We have adjusted our Cancellation Policy to accomodate the realities and uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic Reservations must be canceled at least three (3) calendar days before the scheduled arrival date in Jamaica, or guests will be charged a penalty equivalent to 3 nights’ stay. This penalty will be reduced to one night’s stay if the booking was made within seven (7) days of the arrival date. However, guests who cancel reservations because of a COVD-19 related issue will receive a  full, 100% refund, Refunds will not include any processing, service or credit card processing fees paid at the time of the booking. All penalties will be waived if the reservation is rebooked at similar or greater value. There will be NO refunds for guests who do not show up on the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations due to last minute emergencies and other extenuating circumstance will be considered on a case-by-case basis but approval will be at the discretion of the resort involved.
